The owners and management of the plant are constantly working to improve staff productivity. As is known, one of the powerful levers is material incentives for labor. In this regard, a decision was made to pay bonuses to employees in the total amount of more than 50,000,000 million tenge based on the results of 2023, for the successful implementation of the goals of the Strategy 2023-2025.
